Gingerbread pie!

I baked last weekend!
One of my favourite things to do!
And listen carefully, this experiment turned out pretty good!

I bought a frozen, ready-made gingerbread dough, put it in a buttered dish and sliced a small pear and brie-cheese. On top I put one sour creme with one egg and 1/2dl of sugar, and voilà!

It was in the oven of 200C for about 30 minutes and tasted heavenly!!
